Synopsis
Newlywed Ava has imperforate hymen, so her husband James takes her to male gynecologist Dr. Marcus for dilation treatment. Hiding behind the guise of medical care, Marcus systematically crosses every professional line, and eventually enlists two assistants to carry out brutal, exploitative procedures on her.Ava later stumbles onto a shocking truth: James has been taking kickbacks and conspiring with the clinic, treating her as nothing more than a pawn in their corrupt racket. She makes the fearless call to go to the police and press charges.
